What a lovely week we have had to finish the spring term. There have been so many things to celebrate! On Monday, the children shared their Mothering Sunday news and wrote about the different ways they had celebrated the day. We all had great fun pizza-making on Tuesday. We hope you enjoyed trying the cooked pizzas at home. This activity produced lots of lovely ‘instruction’ writing where the children learned all about verbs and ‘bossy words’.
On Thursday, the children performed their Last Supper story in church as part of the school Easter Service. It was a super way to prepare for the Easter celebrations ahead.
We are hoping that Friday will be just as much fun and if we’re very lucky, we might even get a visit from The Easter Bunny!
